T’sha Hayman

T’sha Hayman brings over 14 years of experience in retail banking and financial services.   Learning from the ground up, she began her career in 2010 as a part-time teller at Arvest Bank, within 6 months promoted to full-time teller, and within a year promoted to Senior Teller, eventually becoming a teller supervisor.

In 2022, she joined Centennial Bank as a teller supervisor where she continued to advance her position to Assistant Branch Manger before transitioning in 2024 into her current role as Branch Manager at the downtown Little Rock Centennial Bank location. She has extensive knowledge in all areas of banking compliance, including Federal regulatory compliance.

In her spare time ‘Tsha enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, getting her nails done, and cooking.
