Paula Dyer

My Story

Paula Dyer is a dedicated quality health professional with over 30 years nursing experience spanning hospital, home health, long- term care, and quality improvement. She graduated Cum Laude with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Oakwood College, Huntsville, AL., and Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. Paula’s thorough knowledge of program and organizational improvement, strategic planning, and change management lends itself to lends itself to helping Ashley’s Kloset drive future growth and development.

A long-time member of Little Rock Shiloh Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Paula’s roles included serving on the Southwest Region Conference Executive Committee, Safety Officer, and assistant church treasurer. Currently, Paula serves on the Finance Committee and as church auditor. Paula is happily married to her husband Lambert, and they have one adult son, Justin.
